Your tasks

• Collect and manage clinical data from patients subjected to genetic testing.
• Translate clinical symptoms into HPO terminology to ensure standardized and accurate data representation.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical information in our proprietary laboratory information system (LIS).
• Collaborate with geneticists, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals to gather and verify clinical data
• Ensure smooth operations and communication between Arcensus and its customers in relation to customer queries, complaints, logistics of patient samples, delivery of reports
• Provide support to new customers in getting onboarded to the digital platforms of Arcensus
•  Provide support to existing customers in accurate maintenance of clinical documentation
